Officially opened to the public since July 29, 2013, Ma Poule Mouillée is a new place to discover on Le Plateau Mont-Royal. From a young age, Chief Tony Alves was working with his uncle who had a restaurant. From that moment he permeated every movement his uncle baker made and learned every thing he applies today. With a dream and a clear idea in mind, Tony Alves did not hesitate a second to open his own restaurant, as soon as the opportunity presented itself. From then on, chef Alves learned to conceive a very special spicy sauce gently and quietly, being to this day a sauce of the most exquisite. For, as the chef says, it is the sauce that makes the difference, because everyone is able to grill a chicken. He invites you to discover Ma Poule Mouillée, if it is not already done.
